In their language \u201cHaitises\u201d translates to highlands or Hills, a reference to the coastline\u2019s steep geological formations with Limestones. Aventure deeper into the park to explore caves such as the Cueva San Gabriel, <em><strong>Cueva de la Arena, <\/strong><\/em>\u305d\u3057\u3066 <strong><em>\u30e9\u30a4\u30f3\u306e\u6d1e\u7a9f\u3002<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>These Caves in the reserve were used as shelter by the Taino Indians and, later, by hiding pirates.
